MAGE BATTLE

This was my senior level capstone class for game design. it is a multiplayer game created using unity's UNET implementation where players battle each other in different arenas to see who will come out on top.

This project is an individual project where I am working to code the entire game myself. the art and models used were bought off the unity asset store but all of the code is my own. This game was the first time working on a multiplayer game so I was able to learn a lot about networking games and the challenges that it brings to game development. The game has simple multiplayer where players can connect to a host and fight each other using 2 different sets of abilities. There is two mage class in the game with a set of 4 different stills with different effects, There are skills that launch a projectile dealing damage and knocking back enemies and skills that heal the player that is standing in side of its area of effect. There are also skills that sets a mine that explodes after a delay and one that slows the players within its area of effect.  The game was created in unity using visual studio and c#, version control was kept with github and source tree and I kept a trello board for my ideas.
